INSPIRATIONAL TEAM LEADERSHIP

AUDIO LEARNING PROGRAMME

"You have to have a leadership culture running right through the organisation, and even people

The work is directed by six lively audio tutorials delivered by Alan Cutler FIH FCMI, Principal of The School for Hospitality Leadership and creator of The Hospitality Leadership Excellence Survey, who has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, the past seven spent developing catering managers and supervisors across the country through his own training company. When the participant has completed all six tutorials he or she will be invited to complete an optional written assessment of the knowledge they have gained, at a small additional cost. Being conscious of the fact that not everyone is comfortable writing long examination answers, the assessment is in the short-answer format. Based on the results of this final assessment, successful participants will receive a signed, certificated record of their achievement.
