Alan conceived and led The Hospitality Leadership Excellence Survey. In it he undertook in-depth interviews with 25 of the top leaders in the UK hospitality industry, from the Chief Executive of the biggest contract catering company in the world, through cost sector service providers to the manager of a single hotel. In this keynote presentation he shares the practical leadership lessons that made these hospitality leaders so exceptional - their leadership recipes!
