To our knowledge, there has never been a detailed survey into the leadership needs of the UK Hospitality industry. Hence, we are proud to announce The Hospitality Leadership Excellence Survey.

Created and led by Alan Cutler, in association with Professors Hemmington and Ladkin from The School of Services Management at Bournemouth University, and with the active support of The Hotel and Catering Management Association, the survey seeks to identify the top hospitality leaders, as recognised by their peers and their staff, and to ascertain how they apply their leadership roles within their organisations.
